A K-G implantátumok ötvözetlen tiszta titánból készülnek. Az implantátumok formai kialakítása modern, számítógép vezérlésű esztergagépen történik. A fejlesztés során meghagytuk a jól bevált kúpos és csavar implantátum formát.

General information about K-G Implants

K-G implants are made of pure titanium.
Implants are formed by up-to-date, computer controlled lathe. In developing procedures we have kept the well-tried conic and helical forms.

Az implantátumok formája és menetkialakítása egy rendkívül erős prímér stabilitást biztosít, ezáltal megfelelő minőségű csontban azonnal terhelhető. Mindkét típus D2, D3, és D4 keménységű csontban önmetsző .
Az implantátum fej- és testrészének csatlakozása a kúp a kúpban, mely két sima felszín között létrejövő legtökéletesebb rögzítést biztosítja. Ezáltal sikerült meszüntetni a fej és a testrész közötti minimális kotyogást is és teljesen tehermentesíteni a rögzítő csavart. A hatszög alakú kiképzés lehetővé teszi a fejrész ideális pozíciójának beállítását.

Shape and thread of the implants provides very strong primary stability and can be loaded immediately after implanting if the receptive bone is suitable. Both types are self-cutting in bones of D2, D3 and D4 hardness.
The implant head and body is joined like a cone in a cone; it provides the most complete fixing between two smooth surfaces. By this, even the minimum clearance of fit between the head and body can be eliminated and the fixing screw can completely be relieved. The hexagon form makes possible to adjust the optimum position of the implant head and the pipe form created above and below it provides a stable and strong connection.

A K-G 2OO5 típusú implantátumok felszíni kialakításában a homokfúvás és a savmaratás kombinációját alkalmazzuk.
A létrejött makró és mikró felszín lehetové teszi, hogy az implantátum a csontban gyorsan és stabilan integrálódjon.

A fejlesztés során kialakított menetforma kiküszöböli a cirkónium-oxid implantátumok egyik gyakori hibáját, a menettörést.
